- Prices include EVERYTHING (model cost, ticket cost, pickup fee). You do not need to purchase tickets.
- Once a model is marked as sold out, I do consider it sold out with me. For simplicity's sake, I will not be taking a waitlist. If however during Breyerfest I am able to acquire more models, I will update the listings at that time.
- Shipping Time Frame-I intend to get all orders shipped out within the 2 weeks FOLLOWING Breyerfest. I send out periodic updates via email, so be sure and keep an eye on your emails!
- Cancellations-Breyerfest Pickup orders are NOT ELIGIBLE to be cancelled. The main reason being that I purchase all tickets UP FRONT, and therefore cannot offer cancellations on orders. So, please be confident that you want the models you are ordering.
- HOWEVER, if for any reason I am not able to provide the model in your order, you will receive a FULL AND QUICK refund
- Variations-If/When Breyer announces variations in a run (I consider these to be splits of 50/50) you may email me your preference of model, and I will do my best to allocate models accordingly. I cannot guarantee that you will receive your desired variation.
- Concerning MICRO RUNS-in the event of micro runs (i.e. such as a run of 200 within a normal run number) these models will not be allocated to customers with their orders. They will be offered to current Breyerfest Pickup customers as an "add-on" to their order if desired, first come, first served. I will NOT be allocating them to customers as part of their order. Just to be upfront, I did this one of the years that there were Micro Runs, and despite distributing the micro run models, I received complaints from customers who did not receive a micro run, and was threatened with chargebacks despite clearly stating that they were not guaranteed and distributed at random.
- Model Inspections-models will be opened and checked for major flaws and breaks. I do my best to only send on models that are considered factory mint-this means that while they MAY have small factory flaws, I do my best to weed out the models that have major flaws.
- In the event that BREYER increases the prices of the Breyerfest models and/or tickets, I do reserve the right to increase the costs of pickups by the exact same amount. (I know I know....why the heck would I say this? Well, last year that is exactly what occurred-prices for models were announced, and so I assigned my pricing based on those....then Breyer increased the cost of the models before the event-last year I covered the difference for my customers, and I am not able to sustain that amount of income loss for this pickup service again, so thus I had to enact this policy. It is unlikely that this scenario will occur again, however I wanted to be upfront and prepared).
