Thanks for shopping with Chelsea's Model Horses! Check your order's progress securely through your order status page.

How to check your order

  1. Find your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Chelsea's Model Horses. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
  2. Click View your order in the email to open your secure order status page.
  3. View your order status and, when available, follow the tracking link for shipping updates.

If prompted, verify your identity using your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout. Your order number is in your order confirmation.

Not seeing tracking updates?

Tracking details appear when they are added to your shipment. Carrier updates may not appear until the carrier reports that your package is in transit. If your order ships in multiple packages, check each shipment's tracking details.
